Antique, hand-colored lithograph from Alfred Le Petit's political satire "Fleurs, Fruit & Legumes du Jour," (Paris, 1871). The image depicts General Antoine Chanzy, a French general successful during the Franco-Prussian war, as a snowdrop flower breaking through the snow.
