Antique stone lithograph with descriptive text of natural labor, titled "Mechanism of Natural Labor, in the First Oblique Position of the Vertex (Left Occipito-Acetabular). This is an original book-plate from "The Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Obstetrics," edited by F.H. Getchell, M.D. (Philadelphia ,1884). The print is in excellent condition with no tears or stains.
